DMG Services invests €25m in new city centre development

DMG Services, comprising Filestores, Shred-it, DMG Business Centres and National Self Storage, today announced details of a €25 million investment, to include a 13,000 sq ft purpose built Business Centre, at Blackhall Place in the heart of Dublin. This significant expansion by DMG Business Centres into the serviced office market adds to their recently refurbished 18,000 sq ft Camden Row Business Centre, completed just six months ago, now valued at €8 million, fully modernised.
